Immigration rules, credentials, culture shock then add the military: PCS moves, childcare gaps, unpredictable schedules, job deserts. Most programs address one world or the other. We work in the overlap translating systems, opening doors, and turning overwhelm into a plan you can trust.

Attorney. Advanced degree. Heart wide open. Then: “You don’t qualify.” “Your experience doesn’t transfer.” Rejections stacked higher than hope. After years of trying, she flew home, empty.
But the story didn’t end there. Lydiah came back and turned pain into a blueprint: research, community building, and a movement that says, "Your worth is not up for debate. " She built the community she needed so no one else has to wander alone.
